Our four large exhibition halls, the cafeteria, an auditorium and toilet facilities are fully accessible. They are all located on the ground floor, and there are no steps or thresholds to impede mobility. Personal assistants, guides and interpreters have access to the exhibition free of charge. Also the assistance dogs are welcome.
The Art Museum organizes custom group tours according to the needs of the group. Guided tours can be tailored for example for children or seniors in Finnish, Swedish and English. The Salo Art Museum Roundhouse is located in the center of Salo at 14 Mariankatu. The building is the old roundhouse at the intersection of Mariankatu and Joensuunkatu. Salo is as easy to reach by train and bus as by car. Salo is 50 km from Turku and 110 km from Helsinki.

Among other things at the museum shop, you will find items made by artisans of the Salo region, decorative items and accessories, cards, and jewelry, as well as publications. In addition, the selection has items that accompany the current exhibition. The museum shop is open during museum hours.

In the Salo Art Museum operates Café Veturitalli, which is open upon request. In the café Marjo Katajainen conjures goods for parties, meetings and other events, according to your wishes.
